Background

As an Advisor, Grace leads the development of the Brightleaf Operating System and supports a variety of operating company initiatives. She also advises on hiring and development, including administering and incorporating the Hogan assessment suite into people management.

Before joining Brightleaf Holdings, she worked on the corporate development team at Lyra, a mental health benefits company. Prior to Lyra, she worked as a lower middle market software investor at Serent Capital, a private equity firm.

Grace started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Grace earned a BS in Healthcare Management and Policy from Georgetown University.
