At Brightleaf Holdings, in addition to our primary focus on control investments in companies we actively manage, we also make passive non-control investments in search funds. We are not a search fund, but we do invest in search fund acquisitions – both traditional and self-funded searchers.

We consider search fund investments across industries. Getting to know the searcher is our top priority. That said, we have made several search fund investments in industries including software, residential services (tree care, plumbing and HVAC, and roofing), business services and a community bank.
