Grace is  a Partner at Brightleaf Holdings where she focuses on internal and operating company operations. Her currently responsibilities include leading development of Brightleaf Operating System and running the CEO Pathways Program.

Before joining Brightleaf Holdings, she worked on the corporate development team at Lyra, a mental health benefits company. Prior to Lyra, she worked as a lower middle market software investor at Serent Capital, a private equity firm.

Grace started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Grace earned a BS in Healthcare Management and Policy from Georgetown University.
