As an Advisor, Grace leads the development of the Brightleaf Operating System and supports a variety of operating company initiatives.

Before joining Brightleaf Holdings, she worked on the corporate development team at Lyra, a mental health benefits company. Prior to Lyra, she worked as a lower middle market software investor at Serent Capital, a private equity firm.

Grace started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Grace earned a BS in Healthcare Management and Policy from Georgetown University.
