Grant is a member of the CEO Pathways Program. He currently serves as a Director of Strategy & Operations, where he supports the Optical Training Institute with strategic and operational initiatives and contributes to the evaluation of new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Brightleaf, Grant served as Chief of Staff at Bond Vet, a growth-stage veterinary
services company. As Chief of Staff, he supported company-wide strategic planning and helped
scale the business across key functions, including recruitment, real estate, operations, and
technology.

Grant began his career in the Private Equity Division at Goldman Sachs, working in both the
Secondaries investing group and the Merchant Bank.

He holds a BA in Economics from Bowdoin College and is currently pursuing his MBA at the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Grant lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and enjoys endurance athletics, reading, and
spending time with family and friends.
