Our Strategy

We take cash generated from our operating companies and reinvest it back into our companies to help them grow or use it to acquire additional businesses within the holding company.

We are focused on buying and growing great small businesses that earn $1 – 3 million of cash flow per year.

Our Roots

We grew up in a family of small business owners. After working as investors and business leaders, we founded Brightleaf Holdings to buy great companies and build them over the long-term.
