Whitley Sprague joined Brightleaf Holdings in 2024 as a Program Manager. At Brightleaf, she is responsible for cultivating relationships with business owners and investment banks, coordinating deal processes, evaluating new opportunities, and other strategic projects.

She began her career in the agriculture industry, co-owning and operating Sprague Cattle Company with her husband.

Whitley earned a BS in Agricultural Media and Communications from West Texas A&M University where she served in several student leadership roles, including serving as a President’s Ambassador and academic department Ambassador.

Outside of work, Whitley is deeply rooted in her community and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
